Dr. Rick Schelter

Dr. Rick Schelter, affectionately known by his patients as, "Doc", was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in Sterling Heights. After dealing with severe allergies and asthma for many years, he decided to try chiropractic care for relief. Dr. Schelter was really happy with his results. This was the catalyst for him to choose chiropractic for his career. After he received his associates degree from Macomb Community College in Warren, Michigan, he was off to Spartanburg, South Carolina to attend Sherman Chiropractic College.

In August of 1990, Dr. Rick and his wife, Lily opened Davison Chiropractic. The practice has always been based on Family health care through chiropractic treatment and therapeutic massage.

Even though doc has been practicing chiropractic care for over 30 years, he still loves going to seminars every year. He continues to have the same child like enthusiasm to learn new ways to serve the patients at Davison Chiropractic.

When Dr. Rick Schelter isn't adjusting patients, he enjoys being outside walking dogs, boating, 4-wheeling or deer hunting. He enjoys sharing these activities with his wife, Lilly and their four children.

Merideth Gomillion, Office Manager

Hello, I am Merideth Gomillion. I have worked at Davison Chiropractic as the Insurance Biller for several years. Before working here, I had never experience chiropractic care. I had been unaware of the many benefits Chiropractic offers and have learned so much over the years. I love and appreciate being part of this practice. 

My employment here at Davison Chiropractic helped me move from not only making body well again through adjustment but also trying to keep it well by feeding it with the right food. I have progressed over time from increasing my intake of organic foods to now eating whole food plant based began diet. As a result, my husband and I have lost over a combined total of 120 pounds over the last 12 months.

My husband Sean and I have been married for 13 years. We have three adult sons and three fur babies. While Most of my free time is consumed by the playing habits of our two German shepherds and rottweiler, I also enjoy reading, going on nature walks and cooking tasty vegan dishes.

I graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 2011. Most of my experience in many modalities to help in both pain relief and relaxation. these include, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, CramioSacaral therapy, Hot Stones and Warm Bamboo. I am also a certified Reiki Master teacher.

My husband, Ed, and I have been married for 26 years. We have a son, Eddie and a daughter, Chrystal. We love fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors. We moved to Millington in May of 2018. In August of 2018, when I walked in to Davison Chiropractic and met Dr. Schelter, I realized the warm, loving and healing atmosphere he created. I love being a part of this Davison Chiropractic Family.

Front Desk

Hello, we are Tashy and Ally Schelter, we are identical twins that work for Davison Chiropractic. Ally works at the front desk booking appointments for patients and answering the phones. Tashy helps out at the front, with filing, but mostly works in the back helping to develop x-rays.

Both twins enjoy spending time with their family. They love deer hunting, fishing, practice shooting and being outdoors.

Hello! My name is Morgan Kelly I worked here at Davison Chiropratic in 2016 for about 3 years. I took some time off to pursue a nursing career but life had different plans for me and now I've been back for a little over a year. When I'm not at the office I'm a busy mom of 4 kids! I love attending their soccer games, and their gymnastics competitions. Outside of my kids, I love going to concerts, watching movies, and anything that envoles getting out of the house and being outdoors. I'm so happy to be back in Dr. Schelter's office where it feels like family. I love the benefits chiropractic care brings for all ages.
